Elisabeth the Chef began as a little cake shop in 1928. In 1969 we opened our first manufacturing plant and began to supply high class retailers such as Harrods and Fortnum & Mason. Today Elisabeth the Chef is a leading manufacturer of branded and own label chilled bakery products, cream cakes, hot puddings and desserts.
